Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@smokeoffusa.com. Returns must be requested before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, unworn, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or stolen after delivery, including cases involving neighbours, shipping carriers or external factors.

Damages and incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@smokeoffusa.com.
